Liz Kilmury

Director of Retail

Liz Kilmury is a results-driven executive with more than 20 years of experience in the food, bakery, retail, foodservice, and consumer goods industries. As Director of Retail at International Pacific Sales (IPS), she leads national retail strategies, manages multinational portfolios, and drives growth for both domestic and international supplier partners.

Prior to IPS, she held senior leadership positions with Dawn Foods, Weston Bakeries, and Loblaw Companies, where she gained extensive expertise in category management, private label development, merchandising, procurement, product innovation, and strategic business growth.

Known for her collaborative leadership style, strong negotiation skills, and customer-focused approach, Liz is passionate about helping brands grow, mentoring future leaders, and advancing innovation within the food industry. She holds a Bachelor of Communications from the University of Calgary and a Business Administration Diploma in Marketing from SAIT.

Outside of work, Liz remains actively involved in industry organizations and community initiatives, supporting mentorship, innovation, and collaboration across Canada's food and retail sectors.

Liz enjoys spending time with her husband, Alec; their three children; their two granddaughters; and their beloved French Bulldog, Dudley. An enthusiastic home cook and baker, Liz is also an avid hiker who enjoys exploring the outdoors. She loves to travel, learn from different cultures, and champion the culinary world.
