Director of Operations
Christine Pettersen joined International Pacific Sales (IPS) in 1993, as part of the administrative team. Over the past 30 years, Christine has become a vital part of the company' day-to-day operations and success. Her journey through IPS is marked by her willingness to take on roles in various departments, gaining invaluable knowledge and expertise while consistently delivering outstanding results for customers, vendor partners, and co-workers. Today, she serves as the Director of Operations for the company, continuing to drive IPS forward with her leadership and dedication.
In her role, Christine manages IPS’s CRM system to ensure data accuracy and efficiency enabling performance improvements, excels in vendor management by analyzing sales data for business reviews and optimal forecasting, and supports the sales, administration, and logistics teams to foster departmental improvements and efficiencies.
Before her tenure at IPS, Christine worked in the stock brokerage industry since 1985. For seven years, Christine supported firms such as Brink Hudson Securities, Jefferson Securities, and Canaccord Capital Corp. Her roles involved managing client financial portfolios, providing customer service to new clients, and handling account management.
Christine has continuously enhanced her skills by taking numerous Business Administration and Marketing courses over the years. Her dedication to professional growth is admirable in her accomplishments and contributions to IPS.
Outside of her professional life, Christine is passionate about cycling, golf, cooking, and spending time with her dogs.
