Kevin McGill is a highly respected food industry professional whose career spans more than four decades across grocery retail, foodservice, meat operations, and food production. His passion for the industry began at the age of 12, working in foodservice, and has evolved into a distinguished career with International Pacific Sales (IPS) marked by leadership, operational excellence, and a commitment to business growth.

Throughout his career, Kevin has developed extensive expertise in retail grocery operations, supply chain management, private label programs, and food safety. His broad industry knowledge, combined with a hands-on approach, has enabled him to successfully lead teams, implement innovative retail strategies, and drive strong
business performance in highly competitive markets.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Kevin is passionate about mentoring emerging talent and helping shape the future of the food industry. He takes great pride in sharing his experience and supporting the development of the next generation of industry leaders.
